Summer Pickup: Santa Rosa

HIGH SCHOOL/ADULT:
Days: TUESDAY evenings from 6-8pm for high school, college and adult players.
Dates:

Cost: $5 for part timers, $10 if you plan on being there more than half the time (pay at the field)

JUNIOR HIGH: Tuesday nights, 6 v 6 half field, or mini-full field same times and place as high school/adult

Sonoma Summer League

For the summer of 2008 there will be a Sonoma Summer League in Cotati at Putnum Park. The league will be for beginners and experiences players alike. This will be a great opportunity for high school players to develop their skills and play with and against players from other teams.

Dates: Saturday's June 14th to July 19th
Cost: $60.00
Leagues: Boys K-5 9-10:30 am / Boys 6-8 10:30-12pm / Boys 9-12 12-1:30 pm / Girls all grades 1:30-3pm

Sonoma Indoor Lacrosse League

League Champions: Goats 2005, Eskimos 2006, Eskimos 2007

THIS IS A NO-BODY-CHECKING LEAGUE. DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE RULES.

The indoor league runs in the fall. The boys leagues will be mostly Thursday nights and some Sundays. The boys junior high league will start August 14 and we will put together 4 teams. High school league for boys will start late August or 1st week in Sept. and we plan to run 6 teams. Junior high will be open to those in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades during the 08-09 school year. High school league is open to 9-12th graders for 08-09 school year.

The girls league will be on Sundays between 11:45 and 1:45 starting August 31.

This year we will have some practice sessions to work on skills and strategy to be implemented in a game afterward. The junior high league will have more instruction than the high school play but there will still be regular games.

Equipment:Provide your own gear except goalies, who will be loaned indoor goalie gear
Boys Dates: Thursday nights, Aug. 14 to Nov. 6 with byes, and some Sundays.
Girls Dates: Sundays running from Aug. 31 to Nov. 2 with some byes.
Times: Thursday nights, 5:40-8:20, Sundays 10:45-1:45, 3 games and or 2 games/2 practice sessions, players play in 1 or possibly 2 sessions,
What you get: At least 8 play dates and a reversible practice penney
